◆What is On-Site Pickup?
…This service allows you to pick up your items directly at the event venue.
Simply add "On-Site Pickup" eligible items to your cart on the Bushiroad Online Store, complete your payment, and collect them at the venue.

◆How to Use the On-Site Pickup Service.

Precautions(Please note the following precautions.)
○Order Information
・Changes and/or cancellations cannot be made after the order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure that you can visit the venue on the event day to collect your items.
・Please note that quantities are limited, and sales may end once stock runs out.
※Note: Even after sales have ended, stock may be updated, and the item may become available again.
(Use the "Favorites" feature to receive an email notification upon restock. Click here for details.)
・Due to limited stock for both venue and online sales, some items may no longer be eligible for On-Site Pickup or certain delivery methods.
In such cases, please select a different location, time, or delivery option.
・Please be aware that even if a product has a listed release date, this will not apply for On-Site Pickup.
○About Pickup Your Items,
・All items you ordered will be prepared by the staff on the event day.
・For random items, you will not be able to select specific products yourself.
・When receiving your items, please confirm the contents and quantities with the staff. We will not be able to assist with any inquiries after you have retrieved your purchases.
・Defective items can only be exchanged at the venue on the day you pick them up. Returns or exchanges for non-defective items will not be accepted.
・Unclaimed purchases will be shipped to your registered address via cash-on-delivery(shipping fees only) in accordance with the terms of use.
